I’ve just returned from a business trip and am astounded by how good it feels to be eating breakfast at home and surfing on my computer. Oh well, just a geek at heart I guess (or just liking my comforts).

Last night the flight into Seattle from a hard cold snowy 5 a.m. (east coast time) start in Canada was gorgeous. The sky was clear and Mt. Rainier was catching glimpses of red sun, Seattle was laid out like a satellite map – Ballard was there, and Discovery looked small. One day I may even try and take a photo of it all. And it was so nice to re-unite with D.

I’m soon to be offline for several days again, so I will plan of posting my little stock of photos of the day before I do, and hopefully I’ll get a chance to to fulfil my Durango story promise.
