Jeff’s Famous Pizza

How to make your own authentic NY Pizza – after six years of trying. All I need to do now is convince Danika to try and make this for me (ok, ok, I guess I could try myself but this level of anal detail for food is more of D’s thing, and the 800° oven scares me a little).

I found this article at lifehacker which has recently returned to my RSS feeds but has a very high noise-signal ratio.

However I may now have to subscribe to Slice NY: America’s Favorite Pizza Weblog now.
