Movie: A Good Year

DVD: A Good Year

Utterly bland movie with signposted plot that Ridley Scott should be ashamed of. If you like this type of movie then Under The Tuscan Sun from a few years ago is much better (although set in Italy) and you could always dig out the British TV show based on the Mayle novel A Year In Provence.

And although it is signposted, the story is a little confusing in the end – who ends up owning the estate? Christina or Max? Should be Christina, so what is Max doing there with the hot French waitress?

1/5: you have been warned.
