How Obama Should Stimulate The Economy

I don’t really do political posts, but my great idea is that the Big O (the other one, prez-to-be-guy, not the talk-show-lady or the physical-stimulus-care-about-the-girl one)(*) should make the US go metric as a stimulus package. Countless federal monies on new signage, tons of work for accessory and consumer electronic purchases, medical expenses rocket as car accidents happen etc.
It’s infallible I think.
It seems that in a wonder of New Year synergy xkcd are preparing the US for this too. Here is today’s handy guide to metric conversion:
(*) On this side-topic, I foresee a lot of jokes around the phrase “The Big O” in the coming few years.
