Trust Your Instincts.

It’s far more important than the advice of friends, family, doctors and experts. Along the same lines, my friend Mary’s doctor has one piece of advice for new parents: “Don’t read too much!”

Cool article about weighing food versus measuring with cups/spoons. I’ve always been a fan of weighing, though not as much for baking. I think I might have to try his rhubarb crumble recipe, though!
